Discovered by “Domnul Problema”, Alb Negru is a unique band both due to its music and the contrasting image between the two members: Kamara & Andrei.

Over the time, Alb Negru released singles with surprisingly Romanian and French mixed lyrics, together with their very own sound, a mixture between dance, R&B, reggae.

If music means love, Kamara & Andrei want to bring a new meaning to the word “te iubesc”, transformed in the full of passion “Je t’aime”.

2004 brings the first surprise for the band: The stage of the Mamaia National Music Festival hosts the first appearance of Alb Negru with the single “Noi doi”, a smashing hit.

Also in 2004, Alb Negru released their first album – “En garde”.

In 2005, Alb Negru releases “Passion” – their second album, brings a new hit – “Fără sens”. Besides topping the Romanian charts, the single becomes a Top 10 success in Turkey, Spain, France.

Summer of 2005 brought them the award “Artistic Excellence” for the single “Hello (Muza mea)”.

In 2007, together with the band Todomondo, they won the Eurovision National Final and represented Romania to Eurovision 2007, with the single “Liubi Liubi I Love You”.

Over the time, due to their success, Alb Negru collaborated with lots of famous artists  – Andra, Paula Seling, Horia Brenciu, Vlad Cretu, Andreea Banica.

New year, new release, new hit: In 2012, the band releses a new smashing hit -  “Mi-e sete de tine”, together with Rares and Ralflo.

Winner of Romanian Music Awards, the single is awarded with two of the most important awards: are a “Best Song 2013″ and “Best Pop 2013″. After the huge success of the single and the national tour “Mi-e sete de tine”, Alb Negru released the single ”Colegi de camera”, and a colorful video for the single Dubii.

September 2014 means the band 10th anniversary. They celebrated with a party and the release of a new album: “TENtatii”. The album includes some of their smashing hits, but also a new release – the song and the video “TENtatii”.

In 2015, together with Rares and Ralflo, Alb Negru releases the single “Love, Love”, with a video directed by Dan Petcan.
