Shortly after Cat Music YouTube Channel set the record of 1.5 million subscribers and 1.5 billion views, the record label conquers another level, becoming the first YouTube Channel in Romania with 2.000.000.000 views.
Considering this aspect, Cat Music YouTube Channel ranked 59 position in the world, surpassing many YouTube channels worldwide, according to socialblade.com.
In 2014, Cat Music became YouTube Premium partner, with the moment of reaching 1 million subscribers and 1 billion views. The channel kept its leading position in 2015 too, when it became the first YouTube channel in Romania with 1.5 million subscribers and 1.5 billion views. Moreover, in just 6 months from the record it was up over 500,000 views.
And in terms of number of subscribers, Cat Music still occupies the first position, and soon will reach 2 million subscribers. The most viewed video remains the video “Dalinda” of Alex Mica, which surpasses 57 million views.
2015 was a year full of hit-singles, being on Top 10 most viewed uploads on the YouTube Channel: Carla’s Dreams feat Delia (32 million views), Delia – “Da, mama”, (first Romanian song with a million views in 30 hours and 10 million views in 20 days), Jo feat Randi – “Pana vara viitoare” (27 million views), Ruby feat What’s UP – Nu pune la suflet (24 million views) and Havana – Vita Bella ( 21 million views).
Ruby is the only artist with 3 songs in Top 10, in terms of number of views of the 2015 year. Her 3 songs (“Nu pune la suflet” – feat What’s Up”, “Lasa cucu-n pace” – feat Morosanu & Dorian Popa and “Buna, ce mai zici?”, feat Dorian Popa) have together more than 60 million views.
